The Quincy Chamber of Commerce is honored to welcome Henrik Totterman, D.Sc., Finnish Consul, for a special Coffee Hour and meet & greet at the Chamber office — a rare opportunity to connect with a distinguished global business leader. Dr. Totterman is a Professor of Practice in Entrepreneurship and Management at Hult International Business School and an instructor at the Harvard Extension School. With over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, business owner, and strategy consultant, he has founded and successfully sold two family businesses, worked with Fortune 100 companies worldwide, and served in leadership roles at top European business schools. He also chairs Leadx3m, a modern strategy and talent company, and serves on several advisory boards. During this visit, Dr. Totterman will meet exclusively with the Quincy Chamber and the Mayor’s Office. City of Quincy's Winterfest 2026
Mayor Thomas P. Koch and the City of Quincy invite you to our Presidents' Day Winterfest 2026, a family-friendly holiday event. Various shows including a Musical Review, Trailside Animals, Magic and Puppet shows will take place throughout the afternoon from noon ? 5:30 p.m. inside Quincy City Hall and the Church of the Presidents. Tentative schedule below: - Making Magic Costume Character Musical Performances will take place at 12:00 pm, 1:30 p.m., 3 p.m. & 4:30 p.m. in the 1st floor Chamber Room of Old Town Hall. - Blue Hills Trailside Museum?s Birds of Prey will take place in Old Town Hall lower level. Shows will be held at 12:45 p.m., 2:15 p.m. & 3:45 p.m. - Magic by George! shows will be at 12:45 p.m., 2:15 p.m. & 3:45 p.m. in the Church of the Presidents. The audience will enter through the main door. - Big Joe the Storyteller Puppet Show will take place in the back chamber of the Church of the Presidents. The audience will enter through the side door. Showtimes are 1:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m. & 4:30 p.m. Each show is 45 minutes. All events are free to the public and no tickets are necessary. Seating will be on a first come first served basis with limited seating for some of the shows. Doors will open 15 minutes before each event. Outdoors on the Hancock Adams Common, fire shows will take place between 2:30 pm ? 5:30 p.m. Ice sculptures of John Adams and John Quincy Adams will be on display as well as a live ice sculpting demonstration. There will be firepits to gather around and hot cocoa served. In addition, the Quincy Recreation Department Skating Rink at Kilroy Square will be open from 10 a.m. ? 8 p.m. weather-permitting for free skating. Stay tuned to our social media for updates!
