Through my work as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I offer virtual therapy appointments in an effort to support clients with the intention of living in a healthier way.
Moved deeply by my experiences with the many benefits of psychotherapy and yoga, I decided to pursue a career in clinical mental health counseling and yoga studies. I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University.
In addition to mental health counseling, and with over 1,000 hours of yoga training, I have consulted with multiple women’s organizations and have presented at national conferences on the topics of stress, wellness, and holistic well-being. My work has also been featured through Boston Business Women and the South Shore Wellness Collective.
