Sales Representative

MG Language Care Services is a rapidly growing language service provider based in Quincy Massachusetts. We are currently looking for a self-driven and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. We specialize in offering top-notch interpretation and translation services. We pride ourselves on our ability to identify growth opportunities and engage independently with prospective clients. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving our revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs. This is a percentage-based position, which means your earnings will be linked to your performance and sales generated.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and develop business in person, by telephone and email.
• Develop and increase sales revenue to meet goals
• Identify potential customers within all targeted industry segments, promoting.
• Educate customers and clients on our services, solutions, pricing, and availability.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to develop strategies for business growth.
• Willing to travel for business purpose as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working as a Sales Representative
• Highly developed communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and career oriented
• Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide-range of skills
• Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Experience with Salesforce and technology sales
• BA/BS preferred
