Sales Manager
Quirk Auto is excited to announce that we currently have an opening as a Sales Manager. The Automobile Sales manager sells automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; qualifies buyers, and closes the sale.
We are seeking inspired and motivated individuals who have the desire and passion to succeed.
Job Description:
- Oversees standards for displaying and merchandising both new and used vehicles
- Coordinates the appropriate supply of new and used vehicles and ordering/acquiring vehicle inventory accordingly
- Meets monthly with the dealerships general manager to review forecasts and profits for each department
- Attends to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained
- Audits all appraisals of trade-in vehicles
- Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services
- Issues all demonstration vehicles and ensures that appropriate dealership records are maintained
Job Requirements:
- Vast experience in Sales required (2 years)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers
- Assess individual client needs and think of innovative ways to get results
- Recover quickly from setbacks
- Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
