Compensation and Benefits:

Job Summary
The position is for a licensed behavioral health clinician (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW required) to provide in-person and telehealth outpatient mental health services. Our therapists serve clients from diverse backgrounds and with a variety of presenting concerns and diagnoses and develop goal-oriented treatment plans designed to facilitate the recovery and well-being of both clients and their families. This position requires evidence-based assessment and intervention, alongside coordination of care with other healthcare professionals to ensure all clients receive high quality care. Required Skills
  • Organization and time management
  • Computer proficiency and ability to complete timely and professional clinical documentation using an electronic medical health records software program (Tebra is a plus)
Required Experience
  • Previous experience working with adults in an outpatient setting – experience working with children and/or couples and families is a plus
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Complete a Bio-Psycho-Social or Diagnostic Assessment, treatment plan and progress note for each session of therapy
  • Assist in the coordination of therapeutic services with other staff
  • Participate in group supervision and individual clinical supervision
  • Participate in conferences, seminars, or other educational activities as needed to be in good standing with state licensure requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case closings and terminations
  • Maintain timely & accurate collection of client fees and insurance billing
  • Attend agency fundraising events to promote our mission
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
1. Education: Master's degree with licensure in human service related field.
2. Experience: Two or more years’ experience and licensed as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
3. Worker Traits: Must possess a high level of human relation skills and an aptitude for effective decision-making. Must be organized, able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and be able to demonstrate appropriate problem-solving skills. Must work well on a team of therapists and coordinate as necessary to support the treatment of clients. Must also work well with other agency staff and respond to reasonable demands placed on them outside of their clinical work by agency staff. The ability to work autonomously is critical, as is strong ethical and clinical skills, ability to manage and maintain a required caseload, and flexibility to adapt and communicate in a timely way.
