Dr. Totterman is a Professor of Practice in Entrepreneurship and Management at Hult International Business School and an instructor at the Harvard Extension School. With over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, business owner, and strategy consultant, he has founded and successfully sold two family businesses, worked with Fortune 100 companies worldwide, and served in leadership roles at top European business schools. He also chairs Leadx3m, a modern strategy and talent company, and serves on several advisory boards. Hill. As part of his Executive Engagement Visit (EEV), Captain Hill returns to his hometown to connect with the local community and share insight into the Navy?s mission, values, and global operations. EEVs are designed to foster meaningful dialogue between Navy leadership and the communities they serve. Captain Hill brings an extraordinary career and leadership perspective. He is the only aircraft carrier commanding officer since World War II to have led two aircraft carriers in combat, most recently in the Red Sea. With over 2,900 flight hours and a decorated service record?including the Bronze Star and multiple Legion of Merit Medals?his experience spans global operations, high-stakes decision-making, and elite leadership environments.
