Dr. Totterman is a Professor of Practice in Entrepreneurship and Management at Hult International Business School and an instructor at the Harvard Extension School. With over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, business owner, and strategy consultant, he has founded and successfully sold two family businesses, worked with Fortune 100 companies worldwide, and served in leadership roles at top European business schools. He also chairs Leadx3m, a modern strategy and talent company, and serves on several advisory boards.
