QCARE's Carnival Gala
The QCARE Carnival Gala is a celebration of Quincy After School Child Care's programming and 31-year legacy in the community. It is with great excitement that QCARE announces the 2019 Arthur Keough Children’s Champion Award recipient, Don Sautter, Quincy Police DARE Officer. The event includes an open bar 6:30 - 7:30pm, old-school carnival games, silent auction, unique circus performances, and restaurant tastings from Boston and Quincy's best!
