The South Shore YMCA invites business owners, hiring managers and HR personnel to join us for an Inclusion Employment Forum, ‘Benefits of a Diverse Workforce: How Inclusion Can Help Your Business,’ sponsored by Commonwealth Financial Group.

Guests will hear from industry leaders on how inclusion has helped their businesses reach new heights, explore common concerns and perceived barriers of hiring a diverse workforce, and discover a formula for filling workforce gaps and improving retention. The event will feature Keynote Speaker Leo Vercollone, President and CEO, Verc Enterprises and a panel with representatives from various businesses including CVS Pharmacy, Brockton Rox, Granite City Electric and the Chateau Restaurant, that have successfully integrated inclusion into the workplace.
