Home Sweet Home for Veterans Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Luncheon
Please join us for a special "Home Sweet Homewarming"!
Neighborworks Southern Mass, in partnership with the City of Quincy Dept. of Planning and Community Development, will hold a ceremonial ribbon cutting followed by a luncheon to celebrate the completion of the Veterans Housing project at 179 East Howard St., Quincy. This property is home to 12 new apartments that will be made available to local veterans and their families in Quincy.
The City of Quincy, with the support of Mayor Thomas P. Koch, has committed over $700,000 in federal HOME funds to make this project possible
Walk through tours will begin at 10:45 am. The ceremony itself will commence at 11:00 am. There will be a luncheon to follow at the Inn at Bay Point.
