Hi there. I’m Stephen, a Preferred Sales Senior Specialist here at Bank of America.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Preferred Sales Senior Specialist, I work to uncover what our customers need and then provide solutions.
I help customers understand how much we have to offer. I work with them on the phone and in person, making sure to carefully explain our new products and services, and how they can improve their financial well-being. I listen, educate, answer detailed questions, and sell—all to help our clients achieve their financial goals. I’m responsible for sales, operations, quality and client experience. It’s a lot of responsibility, but I’m up for the challenge. And I don’t do it alone: I work together with various business partners to deliver world-class service from a world-class team.
My team collaborates in the office and in the community. Together, we do a lot of volunteering and neighborhood clean up, which is supported by the company. In fact, Bank of America has invested $1 billion to help build thriving communities and develop community-minded high school students.
